Aquafit is the performance of aerobic exercise in water often done in a swimming pool.
Aquafit is usually done in a vertical position without swimming. It can be done both in shallow water or in deep water with a floatation belt. Aquafit is great low impact resistance training.
The classes focus on aerobic endurance, resistance training, and creating an enjoyable atmosphere with music.
